You can make yourself a nutritious breakfast Fruit Parfait to start your day or for lunch in the afternoon. They're really easy to make, hardy, filling, so good and made with 100% Natural Fresh Ingredients. Recipe: Real Fruit of your choosing (We used 1/2 Banana sliced, 1/2 Kiwi sliced thin, 4 whole Strawberries - Half sliced and Half cubed, 5 Pecans sliced in half, 1/5 cup Natural Granola, 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt and finally 1 dash of cinnamon (to speed up your metabolism and help balance sugar levels). Layer ingredients in a 8oz cup, to your liking or mix them all together). Then place in the refrigerator to chill.
