*Slice one 1/2 head of lettuce into shreds and place in a large bowl. Lightly season fresh chicken breast in 100% olive oil. Let cool and cut into pieces. Cut in to slices one whole avocado. Toss and serve half with the dressing of your choice for lunch and the other half for dinner.
